Vicint Hub is a digital creative agency helping SaaS, B2B, Real Estate, Web3, and Wellness brands grow online. We're looking for driven remote volunteers ready to gain real experience working on real client projects — while building a portfolio that opens doors.

Every department has a Lead who reviews your work, gives real feedback, and helps you grow — not just approves or rejects.
Start as a Volunteer, grow into a Senior Volunteer or Department Lead, and get first consideration when paid roles open up.
Work from anywhere. All we ask is a minimum of 20 hours a week and reliable communication.
We're currently recruiting across six core roles. Pick the one that matches your skills — you'll only need to apply for one.
Own the strategy. Build content calendars, review work before it goes live, and track growth across every platform we manage.
Bring the strategy to life. Schedule posts, grow engagement, and turn followers into a real community.
Design flyers, carousels, and brand assets that make our clients (and us) look sharp — using Canva up to Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
Keep the agency running — inboxes, scheduling, data, and follow-ups. The behind-the-scenes engine of the team.
Write the words that do the work — captions, scripts, and long-form content that sounds like us, not like everyone else.
This role is unpaid and remote — so we're upfront about what it takes to do it well:

Basic to intermediate experience in your chosen role
A minimum of 20 hours per week
